Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines that govern your enrollment and participation in our online courses. By accessing or registering for any of our programs, you agree to abide by these terms to ensure a smooth, secure, and beneficial learning experience for all. We encourage you to read them carefully before proceeding with your enrollment.

A Winchester Skills Bridge Course Consultant will coordinate directly with the Enrollee.

• All Enrollees will have one (1) year of access to their course modules, starting from the date of enrollment.
  

• Each course costs ₱5,000 + VAT (except for bundled courses) and includes a CPD Quality Standard Accreditation Certificate from the UK.
  

• An additional fee of ₱2,000 applies for a KHDA Accredited Certificate from Dubai, UAE (for courses marked with an asterisk *).
  

• If a hard copy of the certificate is requested, courier fees from the UAE to the Enrollee’s location will apply and must be shouldered by the Enrollee.
  

• The Enrollee must complete the official Enrollment/Registration Form. Enrollment and submission of Personal Data are governed by our Privacy Policy. Kindly read and understand the Privacy Statement in our website.
  

• Once the Form is submitted, Winchester’s Course Consultant will provide the Enrollee’s username and password within 24 hours (except on weekends and holidays; in such cases, access will be provided on the next business day, considering both UAE and PH operations).
  

• Upon completion of the modules, Winchester Skills Bridge will issue the Certificate of Completion via email within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Requests made during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  

• For KHDA Certificate requests, Winchester Skills Bridge will require the Enrollee to provide complete details for processing. KHDA Certificates are released within 12–20 business days from the date of request.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Winchester Skills Bridge reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. It is the responsibility of the Enrollee to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.

General Compliance
By enrolling in our courses, the Enrollee agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any related policies published on our website. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of course access without refund.
